Mike Pearce has also joined Perfect Channel from Jacobs, as Head of Delivery, a role responsible for ensuring high-quality software and services are delivered to multiple sites and across multiple teams. Pearce has considerable experience as a software engineer, scrum master and agile coach, as well as being a project and programme manager and technical director. In addition to accelerating implementation of its technology programme, Perfect Channel has added further talent at management level. Following the appointment of Paul MacGregor as Head of Sales and Marketing in March 2020, who joined after many years in senior roles leveraging applied technology in financial and commodity markets, the business has added Brittany Boles as Sales and Marketing Officer, joining from Citibank Private Clients.
Phil Bird, Executive Director and Founder, will continue to oversee relationships with major clients and the expansion of the company’s Data Science solutions, alongside driving new initiatives in Marketplace Operations, whereby the company will co-invest with partners in building new digital ventures.
Perfect Channel develops digital B2B marketplaces for companies that need to increase revenues, optimise costs and to expand their distribution networks. The company has successfully deployed its technology platforms across many industries – from auction houses and vehicle remarketing, to agriculture and dairy markets, insurance, commodities, logistics and financial services businesses. Delivering digital marketplaces using AI-powered market transaction and auction technology has enabled the business to grow significantly over the last year. Its ongoing focus on logistics and procurement systems will help companies to redefine their businesses in the ever-changing global environment.
Garry Jones, CEO of Perfect Channel, added: “I am pleased to welcome John, Mike and Brittany to Perfect Channel at this exciting time in our development – they will augment our existing highly qualified team to accelerate the growth of our business. Our current client pipeline is deeper than it has ever been, across many diverse industries.
