Ringover launches first real-time AI-based coach to transform customer relations

Particularly useful at key moments such as when recruiting new employees, AIRO Coach provides sales and customer relations teams with context-specific support and suggestions

After transforming call management with innovative transcription and conversation analysis features, Ringover announces the launch of AIRO Coach, an AI-based coaching tool integrated into its Empower platform. Unique in its market, AIRO Coach offers personalised support before, during and after sales calls to enrich conversations and accelerate skill development.

Ringover puts AI at the service of omnichannel professional communication
Since 2018, Ringover has been developing SaaS tools that reinvent customer relations and boost sales team performance through a comprehensive, centralised omni-channel experience integrated with business tools. Its Empower solution allows users to manage calls, text messages, voicemails, chat, social media, emails and video conferences from a single interface. With over 100 native integrations, automation features and quick start-up, Empower has enabled the sales and customer relations/support departments of prestigious clients including AXA, Engie, Groupama, Best Western, Betclic, RATP, and Pennylane to optimise their teams’ working time.

A new milestone reached with real-time coaching
When it was launched in 2021, Empower already included AI tools to analyse and enrich conversations. Thanks to automatic transcription of exchanges, statistics and analysis using advanced filters, each call can be used to improve sales pitches, supervise teams and steer strategy. Today, Ringover is going one step further by offering real-time coaching features with AIRO Coach, a Google Chrome extension linked to the Empower solution and compatible with major video call platforms such as Zoom, Teams and Google Meet.

Detailed guidance on form and content
Based on conversational artificial intelligence, the AIRO Coach assistant provides sales and customer relations teams with context-specific support and suggestions: answers to questions about prices and offers, discussion guidance, strategy reminders. They can also ask the AI questions in the chat: it will search for the answer in the knowledge base or even on the Internet, in order to provide them with clear information and enable them to be precise in their communication.

“Studies show that customers like to interact with a human being, but to meet their growing demands, we need to enable salespeople, advisors and others to benefit from the contributions of AI. The real-time coaching offered by AIRO Coach is the best way to combine the advantages of authentic communication with those of artificial intelligence.“ Ludovic Rateau, CEO of Ringover

A decisive performance lever for SMEs and large accounts
This real-time assistant is designed to guide SMEs and large groups in their interactions with customers, from sales to support. It can be particularly useful at key moments such as when recruiting new employees, whose training is often a time-consuming task with uncertain results, or when providing ongoing training to sales staff who require objective and personalised feedback. Throughout the customer journey, it is a decisive performance lever that increases sales, customer satisfaction, the company’s reputation and its overall performance.
