New residential projects signal stunning progress for Al Hamra

Al Hamra’s recent residential real estate developments Al Hamra Greens and Aila Homes saw 38% of the entire project sold out in 24 hours

Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading lifestyle developer and real estate investment company, recently launched Al Hamra Greens and Aila Homes, two distinctive residential communities with a combined investment of over AED3bn ($816.82m).

Strategically located within the Al Hamra’s master community, Al Hamra village, both developments reflect Al Hamra’s commitment to elevating lifestyle experiences and delivering high-quality, design-led homes to meet evolving customer aspirations.

Al Hamra Greens: Nature-inspired living
Positioned opposite RAK Central, Ras Al Khaimah’s upcoming flagship live-work-play destination. Al Hamra Greens offers stunning views of both RAK Central, the Al Hamra Championship Golf Course, and Wynn Al Marjan Island resort.

Starting from AED1.2m ($327m), the development includes 1,754 apartments across two thoughtfully designed clusters, featuring, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units with private balconies to promote seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Driven by the brand philosophy ‘Reconnect with Living,’ Al Hamra Greens is inspired by contemporary Scandinavian aesthetics and focused on wellness, lifestyle, and community. Residents will benefit from a host of amenities, including outdoor gardens, BBQ terraces, paddle tennis and basketball courts, jogging and cycling tracks, pet-friendly parks, kids’ play areas, a holistic wellness spa, and a gym with panoramic views.

Over 38% of the entire project sold during the pre-launch phase and post-launch weekend in July, indicating strong demand from both investors and end users.

Aila Homes: Modern upscale family living
Launched alongside Al Hamra Greens, Aila Homes is an exclusive townhouse community featuring 200 premium 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses designed for modern lifestyle. With its clean, contemporary architecture and a community-centric layout, Aila Homes offers generous indoor spaces, private gardens and easy access to amenities.

More than 50% of the project was sold out prior to its official launch, reaffirming Al Hamra’s insight into market demand for upscale, ready-to-live family homes in Ras Al Khaimah.

Residents across both communities will enjoy direct access to the broader Al Hamra Village ecosystem, including an 18-hole championship golf course, a 220-berth marina and luxury hospitality assets such as Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach, Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort, and Al Hamra Village Hotel & Residences.

These successful back-to-back launches mark a significant step forward in Al Hamra’s strategy to expand its residential, hospitality, and retail portfolio, responding to the growing demand for end user focused, value-driven communities in Ras Al Khaimah.

As part of its long-term vision, Al Hamra is also bringing internationally acclaimed branded residences to the UAE, including the upcoming Waldorf Astoria Residences, Ras Al Khaimah and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Wadi Desert, further cementing its reputation for delivering ultra-luxury living experiences. The company is also preparing to launch its first project in Dubai, signalling its expansion into key strategic markets across the UAE.
