Axians UK’s Experience Hub to drive future growth after standout year

New expanded offices encourage face to face interactions and hands on experimentation

Axians UK, a prominent technology services partner, today announced the opening of its first Customer Experience Hub. The 2,500 square foot dedicated workspace, located within its new offices, is designed to foster enhanced collaboration with clients and partners, setting the stage for future growth.

This year has been pivotal for Axians UK, with several new partnerships and initiatives expanding its service offerings and growing its market presence. The company’s dedicated and skilled teams were recognised as Juniper Networks Partner of the Year and have formed a key MSSP partnership with Nozomi Networks, more than quintupling Axian’s total number of OT MDR design and build sites.

The launch of Axians UK’s new Experience Hub tops a very successful year, which saw 15% year-on-year services growth. This is well above average in the sector which grew 6.8% according to industry analyst Gartner.

Innovative offices and Experience Hub propel growth

Located in Basingstoke with excellent transport connections, Axians UK’s new interactive Experience Hub is custom built to boost in-person engagement and strengthen relationships with clients and strategic partners, in collaboration with similar Axians centres across Europe. This is important as complex technology stacks require collaborative sessions, and immersive experiences that showcase Axians UK’s capabilities.

A foundation of excellence, built on lasting relationships

Employee retention has remained a strong pillar of the company’s success. The average Axians UK professional has a tenure of over six years. This is well above the IT industry average, meaning Axians UK’s experts have experienced several waves of technological innovation which clients can benefit from, even when projects last multiple years.

“We’ve experienced strong growth this year. It’s time to invest in the customers which made us so successful,” said Russell Crampin, Managing Director of Axians UK. “The new Experience Hub is more than just a workspace; it’s an opportunity for our clients to come and see for themselves the expertise and dedication our teams bring to every project. We believe in building stronger relationships through face-to-face interactions and collaborative problem-solving. Our team retention and satisfaction provide continuity and trust, enabling our clients to achieve their goals with confidence.”

Axians UK’s investment in its people and its new Experience Hub positions the company for continued growth, ensuring that clients not only benefit from cutting-edge technology solutions but also from the expertise and passion of a team dedicated to service excellence.
