Audiebant exclusively partners with Simply NUC to accelerate global expansion

The partnership enables rapid global deployment of solutions. Delivering safer, more secure environments, and helping reduce casualties during critical incidents.

Audiebant, the UK’s leading provider of zoned mass communication and lockdown solutions, has signed an exclusive agreement with Simply NUC, a global leader in small-form custom computing, known for their Next Unit of Computing (NUC) products.

Simply NUC will become the sole supplier of NUCs to Audiebant within the zoned mass communication sector. This enables Audiebant to accelerate the deployment of its intelligent communication software, reducing the risk of harm to both people and property during critical incidents or terrorist attacks. This partnership supports Audiebant’s established facility security and mass communication systems, complementing its recently launched, patent-pending solar-powered outdoor events unit.

Under the terms of the partnership, Simply NUC will custom-install Audiebant’s software onto Simply NUC’s hardware. The solution is a Hardware-Enabled Software-as-a-Service (HESaaS) Audiebant branded media player. Simply NUC will also manage the logistics of these units directly to Audiebant’s clients worldwide.

Simply NUC’s global distribution network spans over 200 countries. Audiebant will benefit from a streamlined supply chain resulting in reduced delivery times. This ensures that the bespoke safety solution reaches clients quickly and efficiently.

The partnership brings value to Simply NUC, which gains a high-volume, long-term customer in Audiebant. This strengthens Simply NUC’s existing customer portfolio, which already includes NASA, Meta, Tesla, and other major global organisations.

Audiebant anticipates the deal will support its ambitious goal of 500% annual compounded growth over the next three years. This growth will be for both client base and revenue. By leveraging the partnership with Simply NUC, Audiebant aims to expand into more than 30 countries within this timeframe.

“From our first conversation, the innovative team at Simply NUC understood the scale of our ambition to expand rapidly in international markets,” says Josh Dean, CEO of Audiebant. “By utilising their cutting-edge NUC technology, we’re not only able to meet the growing demand for our services, but we can also dramatically reduce deployment times. Their leading hardware ensures that our HESaaS offering provides safer environments at more locations, faster than ever.”

“Our partnership with Audiebant demonstrates how our leading-edge technology can be adapted for a wide range of impactful applications,” says Jonny Smith, CEO, of Simply NUC. “We look forward to working closely with Audiebant to scale their business globally through our extensive distribution network. This partnership represents an exciting opportunity as we continue to expand into the safety and security sector.”
